Web 2.0 at iblog 4 sa News on Q
Speaking of the Internet, ipinalabas kagabi ang bagong tech segment ni Michael Josh Villanueva a.k.a Cyberprince, tech guy ng News on Q. Dati ay may sikat na podcast si Josh, ang Hot Interesting Topics (HIT). Sa unang labas ng bagong segment ay ipinaliwanag niya ang Web 2.0. Itinampok dito ang panayam sa ilang bloggers na dumalo sa iblog 4.0, na dinaluhan din namin noong Sabado. Abangan ninyo ang mga susunod na labas ng segment na ito sa News on Q, which airs weeknights, 9:30pm, on QTV-11.
Nakapagsimula na ang iblog nang dumating kami ni Mhay (na nag-liveblog) sa UP College of Law Auditorium. Napakinggan namin sina Karlo Licudine (student to problogger), Juned Sunido (photoblogging), at Jonas Diego (web comics). Kinailangan naming umalis nang maaga upang mamili ng mga gamit sa apartment.
Ilan sa mga kaibigang bloggers na nakaita o nakausap ko ay sina Shari at Robby Cruz at Martin Perez (mga kasama sa Bloggers’ Kapihan), the Jester-in-Exile, Arbet, Aileen Apolo, Dr. Tess, Marghil, Azrael, Buddy G., Noemi, AJ, at iba pa. Siyempre’y naroon din ang mga organizer na sina Janette Toral at Atty. JJ Disini.
Samantala, napag-usapan na rin lang ang Web 2.0, nakita n’yo na ba ang bagong Chikka 2.0? Web-based ito at bukod sa dating features gaya ng libreng text messages sa Philippine numbers, puwede na rin itong magamit upang magkalog-in sa GTalk, YM, MSN, ICQ, at AIM accounts ninyo. Ang Chikka.com ay kasapi ng Digital Filipino Club.

Makoy’s $50 Contest

Finally, I have formulated the mechanics of my own contest. Here it goes…
1. Create a review about my blog with a minimum of 200 words using at least two (2) of the following keywords: Makoy, Mark Ferdinand Tayag, lifestyle blog, personal blog, pinoy blogger, Filipino blogger, political views blog, entertainment news, business news and independent life. You may also use your own keyword related to my blog.
2. You need to put at least two (2) anchor links for those keywords linking to my blog and one link to my Literary Blog site: http://makoysliterarywritings.blogspot.com.
3. If you’re done with the post, leave a comment to this post so I could get back to you. Make sure to drop your PayPal ID.
4. After your review to my blog, create a unique slogan for my site. I might include that slogan in my blog header.
5. Submission of entries will end by April 30, 2008.
6. Winners will be announced on May 7, 2008.
7. For the fun part, the best entry would win $50 to be credited directly to the winner’s PayPal account. Aside from the $50, the winner will get one month of free ad spot in my blog.

Sayang hindi ko po kayo nakausap. Nakita ko po kayo pero shy pa akong lumapit akala ko po kasi buong araw kayong naroon yun pala pagkatapos ng break aalis na kayo. Sana makausap ko at makabonding kayo next time
